🌟 How We Met

I met Bita on a language learning app. We both wanted to improve our English. At first, we just talked to practice speaking. But after some time, our connection grew stronger. We started talking every day — not just about English, but about life, dreams, and our cultures.

I was doing my master’s degree at IIT Bombay, and Bita had experience in teaching and martial arts. Even though we were from different countries, we felt a special bond.

🍀 Breaking Stereotypes

People had many wrong ideas about us. Because Bita is a foreigner, some people thought she must drink alcohol or party all the time. But that’s not true. We are both vegetarian and don’t drink.

Sometimes people judged us. But we learned to ignore the noise and focus on our truth. Love doesn’t care about stereotypes.

✈️ When Bita Came to India

The biggest turning point in our story was when Bita decided to come to India alone to meet me. It was not an easy decision. Her friends told her, “Are you crazy? What if he is not good?” They were worried.

But Bita had faith in me. She trusted me. And when I saw her at the airport for the first time — it felt like a dream. We hugged, and we both knew... this was real.

🏠 Family, Problems, and Marriage

After we met, we had to convince our families. Bita’s parents were worried but also supportive. When they talked to me and saw how serious I was, they felt better.

We had many challenges — my passport was delayed, I was searching for a job, and things were not always easy. But we never gave up. We decided to get married in court. It was simple, but full of love.

Now, we share our journey on YouTube and Instagram as the Indian Persian Couple. We show real life — the happy moments, struggles, cultural shocks, and everything in between.

We want to inspire other couples who come from different countries. We want to say — it’s possible. If you trust each other and respect each other, love can grow anywhere.
